Q: How about the shipping damaged?
A: Please make sure inspect the goods package and goods before you signed the transport bill, if it’s borken due to the transport, please don’t receive the goods, and take some broken pictures, then contact us first, we will discuss with our shipping forwarder.

Q: How about the warranty?
A: The warranty is 3 year for our goods, if you have any quality question, we promise 1 year warranty (supply the relative spare parts by free).

Q: How about the certifciate?
A: We have CE, ROHS, FCC certificates and FDA for many items, and we have UL, KC certificate for spare parts, like power cord, PCB, motors etc.

Q: How about the return policy?
A: We promise that the goods is high quality and it’s working when it’s sending to buyers, because we have two QC staffs to inspect each unit, you don’t worry about the goods quality. If you just don’t like the goods, you can return it to us within 30 days (when you received this unit), but the shipping charges (including send and receive) will apply to be the responsibility of the Buyer.
