1. Return Eligibility

At MassageSwift, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, please make sure to meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

2. Returns Procedure

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at contact@massageswift.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within [number of days, e.g., 5-10 business days].
  • The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
  • Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
